Director of Key Account Management
Location: Los Gatos, CA, USA
Job Description:
The Director of Key Account Management’s primary responsibility will be to work directly with the largest accounts as well as supervise, train and lead a two-person junior account management team. They will be focused on driving the company’s revenue growth for our core business - through working with our global clients to enhance their overall revenue recapture through non-legitimate image usage online. In the last quarter, the company more than doubled its number of clients – so efficient and effective on-boarding will be a major initial focus, followed by ensuring on-going success.
This position will report to the VP of Global Marketing and Business Development and be a key member of the team and expected to contribute in many areas, such as overseeing relationships with all external stakeholders and playing a key role in aligning internal and external resources. They will personally assume Key Account Management responsibility for two-four key clients.
Responsibilities:
- Improve client performance with their current territories, as well as evaluate and proactively improve their financial and productivity performance through a variety of means, including catalogue updating, territory expansion, existing territory process flows and facilitation of internal and external collection processes
- Deliver specific revenue targets and manage additional performance measures related to account management and effectively use account management software systems
- Take current client best-practices and create training and guidance materials that will be rolled out to your team to improve the overall performance for all Clients
- Institute monthly client status calls (in addition to more frequent conversations) and work with your team to create a standard process for these reviews and for account management in general
- Work with the internal team to enhance and improve our customer facing account management software system and work to create proper training and guidance material
- Work closely with our Legal Partners to ensure our clients understand the benefits and opportunities of using an outside third party to pursue infringements. For clients using Legal Partners you will evaluate their effectiveness. If needed, you may be called upon to help establish additional legal partners
- Lead the negotiations for contract renewals for existing key clients and oversee renewals of your account managers. While the majority of the market uses our services, you will have the opportunity to sign on new boutique clients
Requirements:
- Experience building outstanding relationships with your B2B clients where they view you as an extension of their team – you help make them better – and you help them improve their overall financial and operational performance
- Managed Key Accounts that were a strategic imperative for your company
- Experience managing account managers or sales teams
- Proven track record in over-achieving budgeted revenue forecasts – there is plenty of growth room
- Robust knowledge of Salesforce and can personally run analysis, produce reports, graphs, and effectively communicate strategic and operational conclusions
- Experience handling multiple projects, multi-tasking efficiently and meeting deadlines
- Extremely responsive and efficient with email communications (direct, to the point – no punting)
- Strong analytical skills – strategic thinking, as well as reporting and analysis

Senior Brand Manager
Location: Los Gatos, CA, USA
Job Description:
The Senior Brand Manager’s primary responsibility will be to lead the marketing plan development, management and execution elements for the ImageIRC™ services platform and the two product lines: ImageExchange™ and ImageTracker™. The majority of time will be spent on the overarching services platform and the company’s newest product line – the ImageExchange. This person will lead the efforts to obtain widespread adoption of an add-on within a defined community of highly targeted users. You will also oversee the marketing positioning and sales tools for our core product – ImageTracker – and our partner program.
This position reports to the VP of Global Marketing and Business Development and requires active involvement in conversations with the core vision team (CEO, VP Marketing & Business Development and Head of Product). This position will be part of a team that includes PR, Social Media and Field Marketing, Business Development and Key Account Management.
The Senior Brand Manager will be a key member of the team and expected to contribute in many areas, such as driving the long-term vision for marketplace awareness for the company’s role in ensuring “Every Image Gets Its Credit” through the adoption of a technical standard for image credit that allows for monetization Senior Brand will drive execution of “Every Image Gets Its Credit” through a marketing plan that drives user adoption of a browser plug-in (currently available for Firefox, but being expanded to other browsers) among several market segments, including, creative professionals, corporate communications, creative commons communities and ultimately the long-tail of end users. Business development team members are also working to have the plug-in natively a part of platforms and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Document and execute our “go to market” strategy for each target audience and provide the business rational and revenue justification for each.
- Establish and continuously evolve the brand strategy across key channels to drive user adoption, and continuously improve the overall brand perception across all segments (ImageIRC, ImageExchange and ImageTracker and their sub-segments).
- Evaluate both traditional and online marketing opportunities and recommend the execution path to secure widespread adoption of the add-on among core user groups. This includes advertising, branding, promotion, PR, strategic partnerships, marketing analytics and testing (including running our beta test).
- Deliver user adoption, engagement, retention and viral promotion. This will include media buying activities. You will evaluate and recommend marketing investment strategies across an array of mediums (associations, events, grassroots/guerilla, online advertising, promotions, contests, etc.) and constantly measure ROI and optimize spend across all channels.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert for all add-on acquisition channels, including SEO/SEM, display advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and online distribution partnerships. You will devise a search marketing strategy and recommend/implement new ideas.
- Evaluate the competitive landscape and maintain the brand’s leadership stance.
- Work closely with the Head of Product, using your outstanding marketing and user understanding, to identify product enhancement and feature set – based upon benefit value proposition to the market, user, and/or company positioning as the standard for image credit.
- Directly manage one to two team members and work closely with your peers.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years marketing experience with 3+ years experience leading online marketing campaigns
- Strong online consumer/end user marketing experience
- Hands on knowledge of best practices in SEM, SEO, display, email acquisition, and affiliate marketing
- Proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic and working with strong brands, especially within the Web 2.0 and Social Media arena
- Proven ability to drive business insights through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations for innovation in marketing strategy
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytic, finance, leadership, communication and project execution skills – Very proficient in Excel
- Possess a unique balance of disciplined strategic thinking, creative passion and understanding that you must be hands on

Job Description:
You will run our very dynamic execution efforts for our 2010 social media and field marketing activities.
You will be part of the strategic conversation about the media and field strategy and this includes social media, digital content distribution, blogger outreach and event marketing.
You will become part of the conversation at multiple levels – you will follow and track trends, you will be the go-to person for being up to speed on the latest trends and opportunities…

You will write, engage in the conversation and post messaging based upon overall marketing plans. You will conduct surveys and you will create field-marketing events (domestically, and possibly internationally).
