Software Development Engineer (Position 100)

Location: Herzeliya, Israel

Job Description:

Design and implementation of complex application and websites as a member of R&D team.

Mandatory qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience with C# and .NET
  • Strong background in web development – both client & server side.
  • High level of JavaScript knowledge – OO JS, Ajax, optimizations, using and extending script libraries such as JQuery, ExtJS, Prototype
  • Knowledge in relational DBs such as MSQL / SQL Server and etc…
  • Knowledge in non relational DBs such as MongoDB, Redis and etc…
  • Following lean and agile development practices including being a highly collaborative participant on Scrum teams using agile/scrum development methodology.
  • Following clean code principles and practices
  • Good English

Non-mandatory qualifications (advantage):

  • Client-side development: HTML (5), CSS (3), JavaScript, AJAX - Big advantage
  • 2+ years experience with ASP.NET MVC

Web Developer - Client Expert (Position 102)

Location: Herzeliya, Israel

Job Description:

Design and implementation of complex web sites and web applications as a member of a R&D team.

Mandatory qualifications:

  • 2-4 years experience with HTML/JavaScript
  • Proven experience building web pages using (X)HTML/CSS, according to W3C standards.
  • High Level of JavaScript( OO JS, Ajax, optimizations, using and extending script libraries such as JQuery, ExtJS, Prototype)
  • Successful in keeping designs and functionality consistent across popular browsers.
  • Ability to write code manually that is SEO oriented,
  • Knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC
  • Following lean and agile development practices including being a highly collaborative participant on Scrum teams using agile/scrum development methodology.
  • Following clean code principles and practices
  • Good English

Non-mandatory qualifications (advantage):

  • Skilled in using Photoshop/GIMP for cutting and optimizing images – Big Advantage
  • Experience in Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer add-on development

  • Following clean code principles and practices

BI analyst

We search for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with a proven track record in data mining and analysis. The Business Intelligence Analyst will use his/her expertise to assist business, operational and development groups in utilizing PicScout’s data to make the best decisions. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for various areas ranging from performing mathematical and statistical analyses to presenting those results to decision makers.

Job responsibilities:

  • Create automated, reusable tools and reports to answer recurring business questions; create ad-hoc analyses to answer unusual/unique business questions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain business and operational reports to clearly represent the outcomes of analyses.
  • Track  and analyze business and operations performance periodically, and present results and recommendation to decision-makers
  • Extract, analyze and correlate data to identify useful business and operational patterns.

Requirements (A Must):

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in a comparable analytical role
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to critically evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details,
  • Passion for the internet

Requirements (An Advantage):

  • Expertise with statistical concepts, Business Objects, Data Warehouse, OLAP, SQL (a big advantage)
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing or business development (an advantage)
