Yair Goldfinger, Co-Founder and CTO of ICQ, joins PicScout's Board of Directors

Herzeliya, Israel, 9 March 2005, PicScout announced today that Yair Goldfinger has joined the company's Board of Directors after investing in the company. Mr. Goldfinger is a renown investor and entrepreneur. He was Co-Founder and CTO of ICQ, turning it into the most popular instant messaging application in the world. In 1998 ICQ was sold to America Online for $407 million in cash. Yair continued with AOL and served as VP and CTO of the ICQ group. Since leaving AOL Yair has been an active investor in technology companies and currently serves as the Co-Founder and CTO of Dotomi, a leading online direct marketing solution.
